The 'Save' and 'Create New Folder' buttons doesn't appear in desktop. | Voters

The 'Save' and 'Create New Folder' buttons doesn't appear in desktop.

When I click download, on free file, on my cellphone I will see a Save button which allows me to save the file to a folder. However in desktop I can't see those, when I scroll to view them, the modal closes automaticaly.
