Hey, team, heads up that the app isn't working in Canva. I've Tried closing down, re-opening- removing and re-adding the app, but it only shows the title and a blank workspace underneath, so it's virtually an empty plugin. :) Thanks

HI Sarah Bingham! Apologies for the delay in response, but we worked with the Canva team to resolve the issue on Canva desktop. They released an update in the end of June that should fix the issue. Try it out once you've got a chance to update your Canva desktop app.

Hi there Sarah Bingham, thanks so much for taking the time to report the issue. We're aware that the app doesn't work on the Canva desktop app at the moment, and are working with Canva to resolve the issue. In the meantime, the LottieFiles app for Canva should work perfectly fine if you use Canva in a browser. Let me know if you are also having issues using a browser.
