I am trying to use the LottieFiles After Effects plugin to check how compatible my animation is with several Android and iOS libraries but the lists are not at all up to date, even though, judging by the Adobe plugin listing, the latest version of the plugin was released in Dec 2023 (3.5.3). Moreover, the Feature Checker itself seems to be a recent addition, judging by the releases page (May 2023). So, the most recent Android library version on there is 5.0.0 (Feb 2022), while the latest version is 6.3.0 (from 2 weeks ago). And the most recent iOS version on there is 3.3.0 (Dec 2021) , while the latest version is 4.3.4 (Dec 2023). As for the other library options I don't know yet but I assume the situation is the same and expect for them to be up to date, too. The proposed workflow is not convenient. What you’re suggesting is that I would need to spend extra time for each animation I export as Lottie to list all the features in an animation, and then cross reference them with pages worth of changelogs on github. And if my animation keeps on breaking, I will have to go through the process again until I possibly find the culprit. As I mentioned in a follow up message, this is also true for the LottieFiles online platform. The library lists are also outdated.
