AE Plugin does not allow itself to get authenticated when you are already logged in the browser

So the idea is the launch a browser window with a tab for lottiefiles.com, where you get to authenticate the plugin/app with Lottiefiles. This does not work properly. I had to explicitly log out on lottiefiles.com in order to click "log in" in the plugin window, which then launched lottiefiles.com again where I could log in and only then I could authenticate the plugin. Took a while to find that out. The thing is, when I was already logged in on lottiefiles.com, I was presented with my dashboard, instead of the prompt to authenticate the app. The prompt only shows for fresh logins, not for sessions already logged in.

Hi Jeroen
Thank you for your feedback.
Though you have already logged into Lottiefiles.com, when using our AE plugin, you will still need to grant access. When you hit "Login" in the AE plugin, a new browser should be launched prompting you to "Grant access" into your account.
If you had installed adblocker or enabled pop-up blocker, this step would fail. We recommend you to disable the pop-up blocker or adblocker and then give it a try.
The Grant access requires only once unless the plugin has been removed and reinstalled, then the above process will repeat again.
I hope this helps. Should you need any further help, feel free to drop an email to our support team at Support@lottiefiles.com
